It’s perhaps not quite what you’d expect from “Midnight Editions” (shouldn’t they be, um, black?) but Nissan says these new additions to the Sentra, Altima, Rogue, Murano, and Pathfinder lineups reflect the popularity of the original version that was first made available on the 2016 Maxima SR – and accounted for 85 percent of SR sales.

Ford has just unveiled the all-new 2018 Expedition, and the 2017 Chicago Auto Show will mark the redesigned full-size SUV’s first public appearance. Regular-length Expedition and extended-length Expedition MAX body styles will be available, both featuring an aluminum-alloy body on a redesigned high-strength steel frame. Weight-saving measures take out about 300 pounds compared to previous Expedition.
Dodge is unveiling a muscled-up version of its already muscular large SUV at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show. The 2018 Dodge Durango SRT takes the SRT sub-brand’s usual high-lux, high-performance tricks—an uber-powerful engine, performance suspension tuning, unique styling cues, and upscale interior trimmings—and applies them to the biggest SUV in Dodge’s model lineup.

DETROIT—At the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Nissan unveiled a new small crossover SUV that straddles the line between the subcompact SUV and compact SUV categories. The 2017 Rogue Sport closely follows the look and feel of its larger sibling, the Nissan Rogue compact SUV, but on a slightly smaller scale.
