2015 Highlander Interior
Any Highlander offers more-than-adequate front and second-row space. Access to the 3rd-row seats is relatively easy, though only younger riders will want to spend much time back there.

CG Says:

The Highlander always ranks among our favorite crossovers, and is no less compelling in hybrid guise. Along with a family friendly amount of passenger and cargo space, Highlander Hybrids boasts impressive fuel economy. In Consumer Guide testing, the Highlander Hybrid averaged over 31 mpg, well above its class competitors (and conventionally powered versions of the Highlander). Unfortunately, the hybrid powertrain is available only on pricey Limited and Platinum trim levels. Still, if you’re looking for a near-luxury crossover that’s easy on the planet–and you can foot the bill–Highlander Hybrid belongs near the top of your test-drive list.
