2021 Toyota Tacoma Trail Edition
Along with their “Trail Edition” badges and expected off-road equipment, the special Tacoma, Tundra, and 4Runner Toyota introduced at the 2020 Chicago Auto Show each boast some added storage features.
All three Trail Editions are based on SR5 trim levels, offered with 2WD or 4WD, and are available in Army Green, Cement (gray), Midnight Black, and Super White, along with black badging and black seats with tan stitching. The Tacoma comes as a Double Cab extended cab, while the Tundra is a Crew Max crew cab.

At the 2020 Chicago Auto Show, Toyota raised the curtain on a trio of new Nightshade Editions due on sale this fall as 2021 models.
Joining the existing Corolla, Camry, 4Runner, and Sienna versions — all based on SE trim levels — are Nightshade Editions of the Sequoia SUV and Tacoma and Tundra pickups — all based on uplevel Limiteds. They include black leather-trimmed interiors and dark exterior trim. All are offered in Midnight Black Metallic and Magnetic Grey Metallic, with the Tacoma and Tundra adding Windchill Pearl, the Tundra topping that with Super White, and the Sequoia matching that with Blizzard Pearl.
