While there are no new or redesigned cars in the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) fleet for 2020, there are a number of notable updates to existing ones … along with a deletion. Covered here are the corporation’s automotive makes; Jeep, Ram Trucks, and Ram Commercials are covered in a separate post.
Chrysler
300
A Red S Appearance Package becomes available on the 300S; it includes some badging tweaks, along with available Radar Red upholstery.
Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid
Pacifica also gets an available Red S Appearance Package with red Nappa leather upholstery and silver metal instrument bezels and door trim. It also includes Chrysler’s SafetyTec Group, which consists of blind-spot and rear cross traffic alert along with rear obstacle detection. Also available are a Harmon Kardon audio system, Uconnect Theater with overhead video screen, and a tri-pane panoramic sunroof for Hybrids.

Voyager
The former L and LX (lower-line) trim levels of the Pacifica are renamed Voyager for 2020, a moniker previously used by now-defunct Plymouth on its minivans. Available only for fleets (though they’ll eventually make their way to the used-vehicle market) is the LXi, which gets stain-resistant UltraTec leatherette seats.

All models get available new wheel designs, and those for the SXT AWD and GT AWD are 19-inch Satin Carbon ones.

Charger
This is where most of the 2020 action is. Charger Scat Pack and Hellcat models get an available Widebody kit similar to that already offered on the Challenger. It notably brings a Bilstein three-mode adaptive suspension and wide fender flares that allow the fitment of 305/35ZR20 Pirelli P-Zero performance tires, which in turn allow for greater grip. Dodge says a 707-horsepower Charger Hellcat so equipped can run from 0-60 in 3.6 seconds, do the quarter-mile in 10.96 seconds at 125 mph, and pull .96 Gs on the skidpad.
Celebrating the 1969 Charger Daytona that tore up its namesake racetrack that year with its bullet nose and mile-high rear spoiler is a limited-production Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition. Engine tweaks boost horsepower to 717, and visual links are made with “Daytona” rear-quarter decal and decklid spoiler. It will be offered in four colors — B5 Blue, Pitch Black, Triple Nickel, and White Knuckle — and limited to 501 copies … just like the original.

Grand Caravan
Almost surprisingly, the aging Grand Caravan returns for 2020 … less surprisingly with few changes.
Journey
Once offered with 4-cylinder or V6 power and front- or all-wheel drive in numerous variations, the 2020 7-passenger Journey is now only available with a 172-horsepower 2.4-liter four and front-wheel drive in SE Value and Crossroad trim levels. SE Value gets standard rear obstacle detection for 2020, while Crossroad gets a standard sunroof.

Fiat
124 Spider
The Mazda MX-5 Miata-based 124 Spider gets a new “Scorpion Sting” appearance package for the top-line Abarth version.

500
Here’s the “deletion” mentioned up top. The model that re-launched Fiat in the U.S. has been discontinued for 2020 — including the performance Abarth and electric 500e — though leftover 2019 models are expected to be available into the 2020 calendar year.
500L
No changes to this front-drive wagon only offered with a 160-horsepower 1.4-liter turbo engine.
500X
All models of this subcompact crossover come standard with all-wheel drive and a 177-horsepower 1.3-liter turbocharged engine that puts out a stout 210 lb-ft of torque. (By comparison, the “old” 1.4-liter turbo in the above-mentioned 500L puts out 160 hp and 184 lb-ft.) There are no other changes of note for 2020.
